Hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday between 5am - 9pm PST, 365 days per year including holidaysThis job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8 hour shifts but shifts can change to meet business needs so it is important that you have open overall availabilityWe do pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules workedWhen you start, we train you:
It's a combination of virtual class room & on the job training that is typically 4 weeks long but duration can varyClass room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm with a lunch breakUpon completion of class room training you will receive your regular shift & start working those hoursYou will work remotely temporarily due to COVID 19:
Normally, this is an on-site position and Customer Care Professionals will return to working at our Albany, OR office in the future.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
