Summary:
The HR and Payroll Support role will provide administrative support to the Chief of Operations in relation to the preparation and tracking of timesheets and payroll and the administration of human resources tasks.

Compile and keep personnel records to ensure personnel files are accurate and up to date.
Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports, and date of and reason for termination.
Track updated relevant information such as licensure, Medicare required reporting, employee background checks, training etc.
Prepare on-boarding materials and conduct training as directed.
Interface with HRIS and Payroll system (Paycor).
May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
Provide administrative support for benefit enrollments.
Track leaves as directed.
Manage vacation calendar.
Compile and record employee time and payroll data.
May compute employees' time worked, production, and commission.
May compute and post wages and deductions, or prepare paychecks.

Medical office background preferred Payroll experience required.
Experience with Paycor HRIS or Payroll preferred Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
At least two years related experience required, preferably in a medical office.
Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
